1. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

After you log-in, click the "Profile" button on the top right-hand corner, then click on "Update Info". Once you make the change, make sure to click the "Update Account" button and the change will take place immediately.

2. WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

CreditCoin strives to provide you a secure buying experience, fight fraud while maintaining global compliance and anti-money laundering regulations. This requires you to provide various personal details and photo identification depending on the amount of digital currency you purchase. This information is used as part of the identity verification in the purchase process.

3. HOW DO YOU SECURE MY DATA?

Your personal details and any uploads are encrypted, and your credit card details are not stored anywhere on our website or servers.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DIGITAL CURRENCY AFTER I HAVE PAID?

It can take up to an hour (and in some cases longer) to receive your digital currency because transactions can't be verified on the blockchain until they have the proper number of confirmations, which is beyond CreditCoin's control. The transaction time is controlled solely by the blockchain of the digital currency you are depositing.

5. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN BE ACCEPTED?

You can purchase digital currency with any credit or debit card you own as long as it's a Visa or Mastercard. We suggest that you ask your card issuer or bank if they support cryptocurrency payments.

6. WHICH DIGITAL CURRENCIES ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

We currently sell Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. Please check with us periodically as we are working on adding additional digital currencies for purchase.

7. WHERE IS MY DIGITAL CURRENCY DEPOSITED AFTER I COMPLETE MY PURCHASE & WHAT IS A PAPER WALLET?

Each time a purchase of a digital currency is made it will be stored in a new paper wallet with a different private and public key as well as a scan quick response (QR) code. A paper wallet is a document that contains the public and private keys that make up a wallet which can be stored offline. The key generation process is done through your browser and is not transmitted over the internet. To be on the safe side, it's advisable to clear your browser cookies after printing. It is your sole responsibility to save, secure and store your paper wallet, public key and private key in a safe place. CreditCoin does not have access to, does not maintain copies of and does not have the ability to recover your private key at any point whatsoever.

8. HOW CAN I CHECK MY DIGITAL CURRENCY BALANCE ON MY PAPER WALLET?

On each paper wallet that is provided to you, a website url will be listed where you can go and check your balance by entering your wallet address. You can also go to any other block explorer of your choosing but as a courtesy we have listed a few below to be of assistance.

9. HOW DO I WITHDRAW OR SPEND THE DIGITAL CURRENCY USING MY PAPER WALLET?

The most common ways to withdraw digital currency from a paper wallet include but are not limited to the following: transfer to a mobile wallet (such as Blockchain.info, Jaxx, etc.), to a hard wallet (such as Ledger Nano, Trezor, etc.) or to an exchange (such as Binance, Coinbase, etc.). Before you make any transfer, please check the wallet provider's most current list of supported digital currencies since the transfer will not be successful if the currency is not supported. Please note that CreditCoin does not endorse or have any affiliation with the wallets & exchanges mentioned above and encourage you to find other types of wallets or exchanges of your choosing.

If you want to spend your digital currency on goods or services, you will need to check which currencies the merchant accepts and follow their respective instructions regarding using funds from paper wallets.

10. WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR USING YOUR SERVICE?

For each successfully completed credit or debit card transaction, the following fees apply:

Creditcoin Service Fee: 7.50 USD, 6.25 EUR or 5.35 GBP, depending on the purchasing currency.

Credit or Debit Card Processing Fee: 7.50%.

Apart from these fees, we suggest you contact your card issuer or bank to see if they charge additional fees for supporting your digital currency purchase.

11. HOW ARE CREDITCOIN FEES CHARGED?

Example: You decide to spend 500 EUR to purchase Bitcoin. A) Your service fee is 6.25 EUR. B) Your processing fee is 37.50 EUR. We deduct these fees from your total purchase price, which means you're buying 456.25 EUR worth of Bitcoin.

Please note that market prices for digital currencies constantly fluctuate. This means your market price will not be locked in until after you successfully confirm & submit your purchase, which is the final step in the purchase process.

12. ARE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS SAVED IN YOUR SYSTEM?

No. Your card details are not stored or passed on to us.

13. THE "HISTORY" ON MY "PURCHASES" PAGE SHOWS TRANSACTIONS IN VARIOUS STATUSES. WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

AUTHORIZED: Your card has been successfully pre-authorized but not yet captured. This means the purchase process is still ongoing and you have not moved beyond the "Confirm Purchase" page. You still have an opportunity to cancel the order and not be charged anything.

* Please note if you did not complete a purchase, you have the ability to continue where you left off in the purchase process by clicking on "Buy More" on the "Purchases" page. There, you can either complete or cancel your purchase.

CAPTURED: Your purchase has been completed and the transfer of digital currency to your paper wallet has been initiated.

VOIDED: CreditCoin was not able to fulfill your order due to user-initiated cancellation prior to completing purchase or volatile market conditions. You will not be charged anything.

DECLINED: Your card was declined by the card issuer or fraud screening service. Please double check the information on your card to ensure it was entered correctly or please try a different card.

CANCELED: You chose to cancel your purchase before completing your purchase. You will not be charged anything.

14. CAN I SELL MY DIGITAL CURRENCY ON CREDITCOIN?

No, you can only purchase digital currency on CreditCoin. If you want to sell or trade the currency you purchased from CreditCoin you can always transfer your digital currency out of your paper wallet.

15. ARE THERE ANY PURCHASE MINIMUMS OR MAXIMUMS?

Your account will be limited to A) Minimum $500 (five hundred US Dollars), €400 (four hundred Euros) or £350 (350 Great British Pounds) per transaction, B) €5,000 (five thousand Euros or its equivalent) maximum in total transactions per day, and C) €20,000 (twenty thousand Euros or its equivalent) maximum in total Transactions per month.

16. WHY WAS MY EMAIL NOT ACCEPTED UPON REGISTRATION?

Based on the fraud & security measures CreditCoin has in place, we sometimes cannot accept a provided email address. You can always try logging in at a future date or consider registering with a different email account.

17. WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY PURCHASE HISTORY?

Yes. After you log-in, click on "Profile" on the top right-hand corner, then click on "Purchases". There, you can see your purchase history and your limits.

18. DOES CREDITCOIN HAVE A DOWNLOADABLE MOBILE APPLICATION?

Not yet but please check with us periodically.

19. WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all currencies but our prices are set at USD, Euros and GBP. If you are purchasing through another currency other than USD, Euros and GBP, your bank or credit card may assess a currency exchange fee.

Please note that only those customers whose residential address and IP address are from the United States will have the ability to purchase with USD.

UNITED STATES: CreditCoin complies with applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction where it operates. CreditCoin, LLC (a Delaware Limited Liability Company with offices at 5850 Canoga Ave Suite 100 Woodland Hills, CA 91367) is a registered Money Services Business with the federal Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, but has confirmed it is not required to obtain money transmission licenses in the states where it currently offers services, which include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virgina. 24. HOW DO I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

When logged in, click on "Profile" on the top right corner, then click on "Details". On the bottom you will see "Close Account". By closing your account you cannot open a new account at any time with your previously used email address. If you used Facebook or Google to log-in, the same email address that is associated with them cannot be used either. We have instituted this policy so that no one else can sign up with your email address and pretend to be you.

25. DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY PURCHASE(S)?

26. WHERE CAN I CHECK TO SEE IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS EVER BEEN COMPROMISED?

There are various websites that are not affiliated with CreditCoin that you can visit to see whether your email address has ever been compromised in a 3rd party data breach such as https://haveibeenpwned.com or https://hacked-emails.com. If your email address appears to be compromised, CreditCoin recommends you create an account with a different email address.

27. WHY SHOULD I BOOKMARK HTTPS://WWW.CREDITCOIN.COM?

CreditCoin recommends you bookmark https://creditcoin.com/ in your browser, and only ever use this link to access the website as it may prevent phishing attacks. Please make sure to check the "lock" symbol appearing in your browser's address bar when you access the site which indicates that your connection is secure. If this symbol is not present, please double check the URL.

28. DOES IT MATTER IF MY PURCHASE IS MADE USING MY CELLULAR NETWORK INSTEAD OF A WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION?

Yes. If you use your cellular network's internet connection to make your purchase, the IP address used may be that of your cellular network and not your actual location. Therefore, should their IP address be from a region we don't support, you will not be able to make your purchase. CreditCoin cannot change the IP address that is used to make your purchase. Please refer to FAQ's 22 and 23 for a current list of regions we service.

29. WHY DOES MY RUNNING TOTAL NOT MATCH MY PURCHASE AMOUNTS?

The running totals and limits on the "Purchases" page within your Account are calculated in CreditCoin's base currency, Euros, and then converted to the user transaction currency. Exchange rates may vary, so amount fluctations are expected. The "Lifetime Purchase" amount shown in your account will show an unconverted sum total of all your purchases. Please note our team is actively working on various adjustments to ensure your running totals match your purchase amounts.

30. IS WWW.CREDITCOIN.COM AFFILIATED WITH THE CREDITCOIN TOKEN?

NO, www.CreditCoin.com is not affiliated, associated or in any way connected with the Creditcoin token. The Creditcoin token is not offered on our site for purchase.
